Makes 5 x 1 cup servings.Add the following ingredients in a blender:- 1/2 cup Apple sauce- 4 tsp Fish oil w. Lemon flavour- 2 tbsp Ground flax seed- 1/4 cup Lemon juice- 1 1/4 cup Milk- 1 tsp Vanilla extract- 1 cup Frozen mixed berries- 2 cups Frozen mangos- 2 1/2 cups Water (or juice to make it sweeter)Mix all the ingredients until smooth and serve in 5 glasses (1 cup in each).
