Crock Pot Linguine with Bertolli Sauce

Ingredients
16 oz. Butterball ground turkey breast 99% fat free2 - 13.5 oz. pouches of Bertolli Premium Champignon & Portobello Mushroom Pasta Sauce - 2 Pouches 13.5 oz. ,3 servings per pouch total 6 servings8 oz. Ronzoni Healthy harvest whole wheat blend pasta Linguine (little over 1/2 the box) - this cooks 4 cups of pasta8 oz. Campbells's Low Sodium Tomato Juice2 cans - 14.5 oz. Stewed Tomatoesoregano and Mrs. Dash garlic & herb blend to taste1/4 cup minced garlic - or to taste1 large onion1 small package fresh whole mushrooms
Directions
Makes 8 - 1 cup servings
Saute onions with non-stick spray and add to crock pot when soft.
Cook ground turkey breast in skillet with minced garlic until done and add to crock pot.
Add 2 pouches of Bertolli Champignon & Portabella pasta sauce - 6 servings total
Add 2 cans stewed tomatoes
Add 8 oz. Low Sodium Tomato Juice
Cut mushrooms into slices and add to crock pot.
Add oregano and Mrs.Dash to season
Stir together and cook on low - can simmer all day
Cook 8oz. of Healthy Harvest Liguine on stove top until tender
Drain and add to crock pot stirring into sauce
Let simmer all day - and enjoy!
