Tomato & Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
1/2 avocado, chopped (sprinkled in lime juice for preservation)4 plum tomatoes, chopped4 tbsp onion, diced finely1 small sweet pepper, diced2 tbsp cilantro (fresh or freeze dried)1/4 c lime juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated - will keep for 1 day.
