Caprese Salad

Ingredients
1 large Ripe Tomato Sliced into six pieces3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, diced into six pieces6 leaves of Basil1 1/4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oila pinch of kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
Directions
Arrange the plate with the tomato as a base topped with the cheese and the basil leaves on top. Drizzle the olive oil over everything and top with the salt and pepper to taste.
