Navy Bean Soup

Ingredients
1 lb dried navy beans1 tbsp dried parsley1/3 tsp garlic powder1/3 tsp black pepper1 tsp seasoning salt1 medium onion, chopped3 stalks celery, chopped8 baby carrots, sliced1 ham bone with about 1/2 lb of meat still on itAbout 12 cups water or enough to cover ham bone
Directions
Place all ingredients into large pot.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer at least 2 hours or until beans are tender.
