Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:4 boneless skinless chicken breast3 tablespoons waterPinch of dry mustard1/3 cup plain yogurt1 tablespoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon paprika1/4 teaspoon curry powderPinch of gingerPinch of cuminPinch of cayenne pepper, or as neededPinch of pepper1 clove garlic, pressed
Directions
Place chicken in a large zipper-topped plastic bag. In a bowl, combine water and mustard till smooth, then add remaining ingredients to make the marinade; pour marinade over chicken; seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade, and place in an 8- x 8-inch baking dish; bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes, or until fully cooked.
