Talapia Foil packets

Ingredients
1 frozen Talpia12 frozen/fresh Shrimp1 Med potatoe quartered1/2 bag frozen veggies/your choice2 Tbls. olive oil 4 pats butter2 - 3 Tbls. Old Bay seasoningcracked pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients on heavy foil
sprinkle with olive oil and top with pats of butter
sprinkle old bay seasoning and cracked pepper on top. wrap foil into packet. Place on a baking sheet in a 375 oven for 45 minutes. or you can place on hot grill for 30 to 45 minutes until potatoes are tender.

    The calories seem high but all that food was for one serving. I would say 4 could eat this and then it drops to less than 250 a person. - 7/23/09

    good recipe - very easy to prepare. I substituted season all for the Old Bay (which made it a little weak on flavor). I also deleted some shrimp and added a few scallops. Grilled for about 45 mins. Other than the cooking time, this is a great quick meal. - 9/5/08
