Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil6 OZ Pork tenderloin1/2 small onion - sliced2 cloves garlic (or to your taste)1/2 medium bell pepper/ sliced (your choice of color)1/2 cup frozen peas1 cup cooked brown rice1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice powder1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Directions
Preheat WOK or large heavy skillet. Slice onion, garlic and peppers, cut pork into thin strips and salt and pepper them, measure out the peas. Make sure you have everything at hand and prepared before starting cooking. Put 1/2 the oil into wok followed by onions and garlic. Fry for a few seconds just until you smell the garlic. immediately add peppers and peas. Fry for about 2 minutes just until you see them soften a bit. Remove Veggies to a plate or bowl, do not wipe WOK, add remaining oil and the pork. Fry for about 2 mins until pork is cooked and slightly browned. Stir often. Add veggies back in and stir a few times to mix everything up. Add rice and spice and fry till rice is reheated. Add in soy sauce and stir to thoroughly mix. Serve and enjoy.
