Walnut-crusted Mahi Mahi

2 4 oz fillets of mahi mahi1/2 c. bread crumbs, plain2 tbsp. milkground black pepper to taste1/4 c. walnuts, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking disk with cooking spray. Place mahi mahi in dish and sprinkle with ground black pepper. (I actually use freshly ground mixed peppercorns.) Bake at 450 for 5 minutes. While fish is baking, mix together remaining ingredients. Press onto fish. Bake at 450 for 10 more minutes. Fish is done when flakes easily with a fork. Makes 2 (1 fillet) servings.
