Ingredients
15 ounce can Healthy Choice Chicken Corn Chowder Soup8 1/2 ounce box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix1/2 cup fat free sour cream2 large eggsNo Stick cooking spray1/3 cup low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
In bowl, combine soup, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and eggs; mix well. Spread mixture into
8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 30 minutes (or until toothpick to the center comes out clean)
