Slow Cooker Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
2 c organic steel cut oats, dry5 c water1 1/2 c nonfat milk1/4 c organic cane sugar1 T cinnamon, ground1 tsp sea salt
Directions
Add all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook overnight, on low, for 8 hours.

You can add 1 cup pecans and 2 bananas in morning (not added to nutritional information). You will wake up to the smell of cinnamon! Will save in fridge for a week!

When reheating leftovers, add a bit of water and heat in microwave (or stove) until oats break apart.
