Whole Wheat Banana Fluffy Pancakes (127 cals for 2!)

3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour2 tablespoons Splenda1/8 teaspoon salt1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon1 teaspoon cocoa powder1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract1/4 cup water1/2 cup skim milk1 ripe banana2 egg whites
Combine the sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, cocoa, and salt, sift in the flour (to remove some of the larger pieces particularly in whole wheat flour), and mix.
Mash the banana.
Add the water, skim milk, vanilla, and egg to the mashed bananas and mix.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir.
Heat the pan to medium/medium-high, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour the batter into the griddle. Flip when bubbles appear. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
