Oriental Pork Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Pork Tenderloin cut in to small pieces.2 medium carrots, julienned4 med green onion (spring onion), cut into 1" pieces1/4 c La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium)1/2 tsp Ginger Root (Fresh), grated1/8 tsp Pepper, black1 can (12oz) Chicken Broth1 c mushrooms, fresh, sliced1c bean sprouts
Directions
Cook meat in skillet over medium heat 8-10 min, stirring occasionally, until browned, drain

Mix meat and remaining ingredients except mushrooms and bean sprouts in 3 1/2 to 6qt slowcooker.

Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7-9 hours (or on high for 3-4 hours)

Stir in mushrooms and beans sprouts

Cover and cook on low for another 30-45 min.
