Pasta with Herb Sauce

Ingredients
Sauce: 1.5 cups milk, 1.5 cups grated parmesan cheese, 1.5 cups part skim ricotta cheese, 1.5 cups chopped fresh parsley, 7 sliced green onions, 1 Tablespoon garlic powder. Pasta: 36 ounces of Angel Hair, or another pasta
Directions
Puree sauce ingredients together in a blender. Divide sauce into 5 quart-sized freezer bags.

Boil pasta in salty water until desired doneness. Drain pasta and rinse in cold water until pasta is cold to stop the cooking process. Divide pasta into 5 quart-sized freezer bags.

To reheat, thaw both bags. Add pasta to boiling water just long enough to reheat- it's already cooked. Drain pasta and stir in thawed sauce. Serve immediately.
