Ingredients
3 medium servings of talipa fish 4 Tbsp of light butter2 Tbsp of paprika3 Tsp of lemon juice1 Tsp of black pepper2 Tsp salt
Directions
1. Preheat skillet for about 10 minutes.
2. Sprinkle 3 servings of fish on both sides with paprika, black pepper, salt, lemon juice.
3. Melt butter in a bowl.
4. when skillet is good and hot dip fish parts into hot butter and coat throughly and place in the skillet for about 2 minutes and then flip to the other side for about another 2 minutes or until blackened. Remove and serve.
