Anne's Muffins

Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats1 can pineapple with juice1.5 c milk (any type)1 c egg or egg substitute1T CinnamonAgave. Honey or other sweetner (optional)
Directions
In a large bowl:
-- Beat eggs until frothy
--Add Almond milk and cinnamon, mix in
-- Add oats, mix in
-- Add pineapple and juice, mix in

Pan spray or grease muffin tins
Use a 1/3 cup measure heaping to fill muffin tins.
Bake at 350 degrees for around 40 minutes
