Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese1/2 cup lite soy milk (vanilla flavored opt)Sugar free fat free instant cheesecake pudding mix1 tsp vanilla (artificial is ok) Strawberry preserves light sugar
Directions
Cream together the cottage and milk. Add the pudding mix and vanilla. When they are well blended the substance will thick. Fold in the lite coolwhip. Spread it in a 8x8 inch square container. Spread a low sugar strawberry jam on top. Chill for 4-6 hours. Yummy!
