1 lb. Chicken Tenderloins1 small can of french's fried onions2 Food Lion Cream of Chicken Soup small cans1/2 Can of Water
Lay chicken in casserole dish. Pour 2 Cans of soup over, add half a can of water.
Cook for 40 minutes @ 400 degrees, sprinkle french's onions on top, cook 5 more minutes.

You could probably use a Cream of Chicken soup that has less sodium. That's probably where a lot of it is coming from. I can't wait to try the recipe! It looks like it's so easy to make and delicious! - 2/6/10

It's amazingly good, but yes high in the sodium! I have used variations of this exact recipe even without the fried onions... and different creams of soup (broccoli, mushroom etc.) and I always serve it with plain white rice, so the sauce goes over the rice very nicely. I love it!
