Indian Beef Curry

Ingredients
150g stewing beef1 onion, chopped1 tablespoon ginger3 cloves garlic2 tbsps tomato paste1 cup beef stock1/2 cup red lentil1/2 tsp ground turmeric1 teaspoon garam masala1/2 teaspoon cumin seed1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds1/2 tablespoon butter
Directions
Makes 2 servings. Serve over rice.
Cook onions in butter.. add beef and brown.
Add water, bouillon, lentils, spices.
Cook for about 40-60 mins.
Add tomato paste.
