Almond Butter, 1 cupBrown sugar, 3/4 cup - lightly packedSalt, 1/4 tspEgg, 1 largeVanilla extract, 1/2 tspBaking powder, 1/2 tspcoconut to sprinkle on top (optional)Parchment paper to line cookie sheet with
Makes 18-24 cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten out cookies with your fingers. Sprinkle with optional ingredient(s) if desired.
Please note - Make sure your almond butter is very well stirred. If your almond butter is oily it will cause cookies to burn.
