Ingredients
~2 cans Tomato Puree (about 6.5 cups)~1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil~2 t. Better Than Boullion, Beef-Base, mixed in 16oz. boiling water~1/4 c. Splenda~10 medium fresh mushrooms, chopped~1.5 t. Salt~4 t. crushed garlic~1 T. Parsley~1.5 T. Oregano~1 T. Basil~2 Bay Leaves (or about 1 t. crumbled)
Directions
~Combine all ingredients in a crock pot & cook on low for 4-5 hours. Stir occasionally.

*I don't measure the dry spices. These are approximates- feel free to change to taste!
