rice and spinach casserole

Ingredients
1 cup white rice, prepared1 can tomato sauce, no salt1 can diced green chiles or jalapenos2 cups chick peas1 package frozen spinach, defrosted1/2 a large onion, chopped6 cloves of garlic, chopped2 tsp olive oil1 Tbs cider vinegar1 container no fat greek yogurt.75 cup of monterey jack3-4 egg whitesbread crumbscumincorianderpaprikasalt
Directions
(8) 2" slices
combine cooked rice, tomato sauce, sauteed onion and garlic, spinach and chickpeas in two bread pans.
mix yogurt and egg whites and pour on top.
add layer of cheese.
bake at 375 until browned.
