Spicy peanut pork chops

Ingredients
pork loin center cut chop - 3 oz, 2 serving skippy peanut butter - 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves Ginger Root, 1 tsp Vegetable Broth, 3/4 cup Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Ground Fresh Chili Paste - Sambal Oelek Brand, 1 Tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, raw,sliced, 1/4 cup Poblano pepper - 1/4 cup Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas, no sauce, 1/2 packageolive oil - 1 tsp
Directions
saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. grate in ginger
When translucent, add 1/4 cup of vegetable stock.
sprinkle garlic salt on pork chops and place on top of onion garlic.
add chopped red pepper, poblano pepper and sugar snap peas
in a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, chili paste and remaining vegetable stock.
Pour sauce over chops and all vegetables.
cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, unil pork is done and vegetables are soft.
