Grilled Chicken - 1 lb chopped Red or Green Seedless Grapes - 1/4 cup halvedRed or Green Apple - 1/4 cup choppedCelery - 1/4 cup choppedPlain Yogurt - 3 TbsDijon Mustard - 3 TbsOlive Oil - 1 TbsSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Grill chicken at anytime prior to making salad. (Really good for left overs)Chopped everything; mix together and refrigerate.
