Grapes, 1.5 cup, seedless fresh or frozenApples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped Strawberries, fresh or frozen, 1 cup, whole Simply Orange, Calcium Fortified Orange Juice, 8 fl oz, 2 serving *Peaches, fresh or frozen, 1 cup slices Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed Banana, fresh, 1 extra small (less than 6" long) frozenBananas, strawberries, peaches, blueberries, and grapes may be frozen. The more frozen fruit you add, the more frothy it will be.
Add frozen fruit first
then any fresh fruit on top
Add Simply Orange Juice to cover fruit
Blend until thoroughly blended.
