Bison Stew

Ingredients
12 oz ground bison browned3 med carrots sliced thick1 cup green/red/yellow bell peppers1-2 cups sliced thick mushrooms1 glass red wine1 can 28 oz tomato puree
Directions
Brown meat, add carrots and saute for awhile until starting to soften. Deglaze pan with wine. Add rest of veggies, bay leaf and other italian spices (if desired) and cook for awhile until everything is at the texture you like.

Makes 6 large servings.
