Apple Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla2 tbsp lowfat cream cheese1 apple (will have lots left over to eat on side)
Directions
1) Take out 1 tortilla and spread the cream cheese all over it

2) Next slice the apple thinly and place pieces on one half of the tortilla (you will have apple left over)

3) Fold the tortilla in half and slice it into four pizza shaped slices

4) Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, if desired (also good uncooked)

    Oooooh, yummy yummy yummy! I loved it! I added just a sprinkle of sugar on top of the cinnamon, and it was perfect. Even the kiddos liked it! I also used neufachatel (sp?) cheese instead of cream cheese. Marvelous! I love it! My dad wonders how it would be heated. I will try that next time. - 5/8/08
