Ingredients
1/2 Cup Liquid egg such as Egg Beaters4oz Pork or Beef Sausage1/4 Cup Chopped Onion1/4 Cup Chopped Red Pepper1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper1 Med. Potato Chopped
Directions
Brown sausage in skillet, add onion, peppers, and potato, cook until tender then add egg. Cook until veggies are tender or until your liking and egg is completely cooked.
