low carb bread recipe

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 3 large -separated * Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1.5 oz * Cream Of Tartar, 0.25 tsp * *Sucralose (like Splenda), 1 tsp
Directions
preheat oven to 300F

In a metal bowl mix the egg whites and the cream of tartar until stiff.

In separate bowl, mix yolks, cottage cheese and sweetener. add yolk mixture to the egg whites and fold in.

spoon onto Pam sprayed cookie sheet or parchment paper into 5 or 6 piles. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top

    I love this recipe! I used 3 oz. neufachel cheese vs. cottage cheese and omitted splenda. I had the Green Goddess Egg Salad on it and it was WONDERFUL!!! I will definitely be making this again and again. - 3/24/10
