    This went very well with a salmon loaf recipe I make. Nice and thick - not as thin as another lcarb recipe I tried. Changed the cheddar cheese to a lower fat in order to deal with low chol concerns in family as well. Worked well. Thanks for posting this - just what we needed! - 3/20/11
