Homemade Beef Stew

Ingredients
30 oz beef broth1 lb stew beef, cubed2 C chopped carrots1 pkg frozen peas, 10 oz., thawed12 small potatoes, cut into cubes1 medium onion, sliced28 oz can diced tomatoes1/3 C corn starch
Directions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cover, cook 8-10 hours on low. 1 hour before serving, mix corn starch into 1 cup of cold water or cold broth, stir, return to crock put and cook on low 1 hour.
