Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef2 eggs1 large onion1 or 2 green peppers1/4 C milk1/4 C ketchup2-3 C seasoned dry bread crumbs
Directions
Combine egg, onion, green pepper, milk and ketchup in food processor. Puree.
Blend with ground beef in large bowl. Add breadcrumbs until mixture is the right consistancy.
Shape loaf, place into 9"x13"x2" baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until done.
