Apricot Pineapple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 -1 Pound Pork Tenderloins 1/2 Cup Low Sugar Apricot Preserves1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Juice Concentrate1 Cup Water (to dilute Juice concentrate)1 Tsp. Garlic Powder2 Tsp. Poultry Seasoning1 Tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper2 Tbs. Olive Oil1 Tbs. Cornstarch4 Slices Fresh Pineapple Halved
Directions
Rinse Pork Tenderloins and pat dry . Coat with olive oil.
Combine spices to make a dry rub. and season the pork on all sides.
Whisk together in the slow cooker, the apricot preserves, pineapple juice concentrate,water and cornstarch.
Place the tenderloins in the cooker and add any remaining rub.Cook on HIGH for four hours.
Let the tenderloin rest for 30 minutes and slice at an angle.
Serve with the sauce and a slice of the pineapple.
