Quinoa and Wild Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Wild Rice1 1/2 Cups Water1 Cup Quinoa3 Cups Chicken Stock (No Salt)1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
Directions
Rinse and drain Wild Rice. Bring water to a boil and add rice. Cover and simmer approximately 45 minutes until tender. Set aside.
Bring Chicken Stock to a boil and add the quinoa. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until translucent. and the stock is absorbed. Combine quinoa, wild rice and almonds and toss to fluff. You can add salt to taste.
Makes 8 half cup servings.
