Ingredients
3 cups of enriched semolina4 tbsp Smart Balance Butter2 Jalapeno chillis1/4 onion finel chopped1 tbsp chopped gingermustard seedwater
Directions
First cut the onion and chilli pepper in small pieces .Crush ginger.Meanwhile,roast the semolina and when brown-remove from heat.In a deeper pan,pop some mustard seed and add the butter,ginger,garlic and onion.Sautee these till the onion is translucent.Then boil the water-1 1/2 cups for each cup of semolina.Boil till really steaming.Then slowly stir in the semolina-somewhat like making grits.once water is absorbed-remove from heat.Enjoy!
