Ingredients: * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove) * Eden Organic Red Quinoa Whole Grain 1/4 C Uncooked serving, 4 serving (remove) * *Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp (remove)Cinamon and Nutmet
Directions

Rinse Quinoa

Heat milk and water to boiling.

Add Quinoa lower temperature on stove to simmer.

Stir occasionally. As mixture thickens add 1teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.

simmer on very low heat until thickens. Four servings approx 1/2 cup each.
