Ingredients
1 c fat-free plain yogurt1 large banana (about 8 in)1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Add all ingredients in blender.
The riper the banana the better.
If you want it thicker, blend in some ice.
Makes two 1 c servings.
