Spicy Chicken Tenderloin Salad

Ingredients
3-4 Perdue Chicken Tenderloins 2 tbsp unsalted butter1/4 cup Franks Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce2 cups fresh spinach10 grape tomatoes1/4 cup sliced green or red bell pepper1/4 cup sliced carrots1 medium strip of celery cut into sticks2 tbsp Blue Cheese dressingsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook/grill chicken tenderloins til the pieces are thoroughly cooked. Mix melted butter and Franks Red Hot together and pour over chicken. Arrange spinach, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, celery on a large dinner plate. Put the cooked chicken tenderloins ontop of the salad. Serve with 2 tbsp of Blue Cheese dressing.
