Blackend Tilapia Fish Atop House Salad

Ingredients
4 1/2, cups of iceberg lettuce shredded or chopped.12, slices tomatoes about 1/4" thick.12, Raw onions slices thin.3/4 , cup of grated carrots. 1/2, Cup of low fat cheese (choice optional).3/4, Cup of chopped hard boiled eggs.6, tbsp of light salad dressing.3, medium servings of Tallapia fish.3, tbsp of olive oil.3, tbsp of garlic powder.1, lemon wedge.3, dashes of black pepper.1, tbsp of white vinigar.1, tsp salt.
Directions
1. Take shredded or chopped lettuce and place evenly on 3 medium plates, Place 4 slices each of tomatoes and onions over lettuce, Evenly sprinkle grated carrots and chopped eggs over lettuce tomatoes on each plate, Then put plates aside.
2. Place Tallapia fish in a flat bowl, Then sprinkle evenly with vinigar, black pepper, lemon wedge, and salt.
3. Put olive oil into a large skillet at medium to high heat until skillet is hot the add fish and let cook on each side for about 2 minuets or until blackend.
4. When fish is done place over the top of the salad and then salad dressing evenly over salad and fish and serve.
