turkey bolognese

Ingredients
2 T EVOO3 pounds ground turkey2 carrots, grated2 onions, chopped4 cloves garlicsalt and pepperbay leaf2 c chicken broth2 28 ounce cans of crushed tomatoes
Directions
Preheat a large skillet over medium high heat with 2 turns of the pan of EVOO. Add the turkey and break it up with the back of a spoon. Cook 5-6 minutes.
Add the carrots, onion and garlic cook another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, deglaze the skillet with stock, scrape up the brown bits. Add tomatoes. Bring up to a bubble and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
