Bisquick Italian Pizza Bake

1/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart Mix2 Tbsp fat-free egg product or 1 egg white1 Tbsp water1/8 tsp garlic powder1/4 cup diced onions5 oz cup up cooked chicken breast1/4 cup sliced canned mushrooms1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained1/4 tsp Italian seasoning1/4 cup shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 8"X4" loaf pan. Stir Bisquick mix, egg product, water, and garlic powder and spread in pan.
Cook onion until tender in nonstick pan over medium high heat until tender. Stir in mushrooms, chicken, tomatoes, spinach and seasoning. Heat until hot. Spoon over batter in pan. Sprinkle with cheese
Bake 20-23 min or until golden browqn. Loosen from sides of pan. Makes 2 servings.
