Ingredients
7 Cups Whole Wheat Flour2 Cups Brown Sugar2 Cups Lowfat Buttermilk2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
Directions
Mix dry ingredients well then add buttermilk. Mix until all flour is moist - usually best to mix with hands. Divide onto 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake for 20 minutes. Bottom should be golden brown. Breaks into pieces immediately after removing from oven.
