Tortilla soup in pressure cooker

Ingredients
3 T oil2 onions chopped4 close garlic diced1 qt stewed tomatoes6 c chicken broth2 boneless skinless chicken breastscilantro choppedsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in pressure cooker, add onions and garlic. Saute until tender. Add tomatoes, broth and raw chicken. Put lid on pressure cooker. Bring up to pressure and cook at 15 lbs pressure for 10 minutes. Release pressure. Remove chicken breasts and shred. Return to cooker, add cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with sour cream, grated cheese and tortilla chips if desired.
