Bran Muffins

Ingredients
* Whole wheat pastry flour, 2 cup (remove) * Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal, 1.5 cup, packed * Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp (remove) * Salt, .5 tsp (remove) * Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp (remove) * Buttermilk, lowfat, 2 cup (remove) * Dark Molassas - .5 cup (remove) * Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove) * Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove)
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix liquids in a separate bowl then still into flour mix. Add raisins mix just till raisins are distributed. Fill buttered muffin tin. Bake at 350* for 20-25min. Makes about 14 muffins.
