Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspOnions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Garlic, 2 clove dried Oregano .5 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp (Original recipe is 2.5 tsp)dried Basil, .5 tsp Pepper, black,1/8 tsp Salt, .1/8 tsp *1/4 tsp. Cumin Powder*1 tsp Parsley FlakesSalsa, .25 cup Tomato Sauce, 6 oz canWater, tap, 1.5 cup
Directions
Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the onion, oregano, chili powder,basil, pepper, salt, cumin, parsley, salsa, and tomato sauce.
Mix together and then stir in the water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 min.

    The only thing I can say is we add a little more tomato sauce and it definitely need a 1/4 of teaspoon of sugar to get out the tang of the tomatoes. We couldn't figure out what it needed and I'm a big italian cooker so I know w/ anything to do w/Tomatoes you have to put sugar in it. - 12/18/11
