1 Banana, fresh, 2 cups Plain Nonfat Yogurt1/2 cup Sliced Pineapple in Unsweetened Pineapple Juice (Three rings and enough juice to make 1/2 cup)1 cup Orange Juice
blend all ingredients together until smooth.
1 cup of the finished smoothie is the serving size for this recipe, just over 150 callories, but if you get some ice lolly mold (I got mine at Kholes) You can have a really yummy ice lolly for just over 30 cals. The molds are about 4oz. If you want to make ice lollies, add it to your nutrition tracker as 0.25 of a serving. Enjoy.
