Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/3 c. sunflower oil1/4 c.splenda1 lg egg3/4 c. milk2 c. oatmeal1 1/2 tsp b. powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla2/3 c. chopped walnuts1/4 c. dried cranberries
Directions
Mix all together, put in 9X9 greased baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4 1cup servings.
