Ingredients
fettucine, boneless skinless chicken breast, fat free reduced sodium chicken broth, cornstarch, lowfat cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and black pepper
Directions
Cook pasta. Cook chicken until cooked through. Remove from skillet. Mix broth and cornstarch in skillet. Add cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Add chicken. Toss and sprinkle with 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese.
