Brown Sugar Baked Apples

Ingredients
4 medium apples1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugare2 Tbsp of buttery spread4 tsp of buttery spread2 tsp of cinnamon
Directions
Peel 4 apples leaving 1/2 inch at bottom so they maintain shape while baking
Cut enough off of bottom so apples will stand up
Core apples and place in a baking dish

In small sauce pan melt 2 tbsp of butter, mix in 1/2 cup of brown sugar and cinnamon to taste. Stir mixture until butter is melted and ingredients are mixed.

Drop 1 tsp of butter into each apple and fill to top with sugar/butter mixture.

Sprinkle cinnamon and remaining sugar mixture over apples.

Cover and bake at 400 degrees for about an hour or until apples are tender.

(Optional - add raisins and sugared walnuts.)
