Fay free Cottage Cheese, 50g0 calorie sugar sub, 2 tsp (to taste)Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 15mlCocoa powder, unsweetened, 1 tbspVanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Makes 1 serving

Place all ingredients into a bowl and beat together until combined. If you don't have smooth cottage cheese you can whiz it in a blander instead to make it less lumpy.

    This is ok. It tastes good, but had a very odd texture. I like to substitute nonfat Greek yogurt for the cottage cheese. - 1/17/11
